The holiday is located in our private Villa on the stunning sea and is suited to creatives preferring a more home from home type holiday.
All meals are carefully prepared for you and a personal picnic can be arranged if you would prefer to take lunch out with you to the private private beach or many coves on your doorstep.
This course is designed to reveal the trauma and stress in your physical and emotional body so you can release it and invite your body to soften and relax along with your mind.
