What's it all about:

The holiday is located in our private Villa on the stunning sea and is suited to creatives preferring a more home from home type holiday. All meals are carefully prepared for you and a personal picnic can be arranged if you would prefer to take lunch out with you to the private private beach or many coves on your doorstep.

This course is designed to reveal the trauma and stress in your physical and emotional body so you can release it and invite your body to soften and relax along with your mind. How can you feel the trauma in your lower back doing up facing dogs if you cannot feel your lower back anymore?

Who is this retreat best suited for:

This is our very special closing holiday and is aimed at those yogi,s that want to prepare for winter with their nutrition and their practice. For the less purist yogi/ini wanting a balance between the fast pace of regular life and living like a yogi.

Halloween falls on the next day which is quite a fun affair in Ibiza so you can book yourself in to one of the gatherings over there and finish off having cleansed, shopped and dropped. This part is not included in our package but has been very popular with our guests so we decided to prepare them well.
