What you can expect from the Yoga & Meditation programme:

We teach you the intimacy of sensation which translates as learning to FEEL your body and the sensations it,s giving you directly versus THINKING how your body feels.

How can you FEEL the trauma in your lower back doing up facing dogs if you cannot feel your lower back anymore?

This course is designed to re-calibrate your skeletal and muscular system to reveal the trauma and stress in your physical and emotional body. We do this by teaching you the importance of the five elements governing how you feel daily and the eight limbs of Yoga through the dynamic practice.

We invite you to learn the intimacy of sensation & meditation via dynamic yoga so that you become more alert, open and lighter with a series of deep morning meditations to develop clear concentration & awareness.

We have 18 luxury rooms with en suite bathrooms, unless you choose the guest option where you stay off site and attend our yoga only which halves the cost.

Exclusive limited places only to ensure maximum time for exploration and adjustments

This retreat is suitable for all ages and beginner to intermediates. Suiting solo travellers, families and friends.

Price: 2239 euros Private, ensuite room for one person
1489 euros per person Twin ensuite room, based on 2 sharing

Includes all accomodation, delicious healthy brunches & all dinners except the last night your are free to dine out. All sunrise and sunset sessions as listed above, water, teas and fruit, yoga mats and equipment, and x1 SUP session.

550 euros pp Non residental - this price includes just yoga and daily use of the facilities.

You stay off site but you can join the group for food if you wish, subject to availability and an addition charge to the beach club.

Please note there is an additional 1.50e eco tax payable to the yoga beach club for each day you stay for island preservation.
