Fascia is where our true alignment keeps us upright and pain free and we have our expert Rolfer from the USA to teach us how and why this works with yoga
How can you FEEL the trauma in your lower back doing up facing dogs if you cannot feel your lower back anymore?
This course is designed to re-calibrate your skeletal and muscular system to reveal the trauma and stress in your physical and emotional body.
We do this by introducing structural integration and the importance of Fascia

550 euros per person non-residential - this price includes all dynamic yoga, breathing practices and somatic meditation discourses.

You stay off site but you can join the group for food if you wish, subject to availability and an addition charge to the beach club.
Please note there is an additional 1.50e eco tax payable to the yoga beach club for each day you stay for island preservation.
