Autumn Yoga News
Whether you are a beach bum or a spa queen, we cover everything for you.
Since our Formentera beach club,s inclusion into the beautiful coffee table book by TASCHEN ʻGreat Yoga Retreats 2010ʼ and our glowing press in the infamous Pacha & UK Tatler Magazines, has meant that our retreats our becoming more popular to the people in know. We do not advertise and you are included in this small and select list of persons that have either retreated with us before or you have referred your friends to us.
We have two last retreats for you in September on the beach and in October we are launching winter retreats when the sun is still shining at Ibiza,s No.1 Ayurvedic Spa ATZARO.
ʻThink lap pools (chic and very skinny) lined with orange trees, basking in the sun with Balearic beats unobtrusively in the background and our luxury spa with scented healing temples and our staff gliding around in billowing whites awaiting to massage all your tensions away. This is pure luxury ladies and gentlemen and not your regular yoga retreat and not a regular price eitherʼ

Teachers Secret Tips |

How often to practice yoga!
How often to practice is a question I often get asked so I say ʻfor good results, 3 times per week, for life changing results 5-6 times per week will doʼ.
But if you are really looking to transform your body, your spirit and your life, be yoga everyday & you,ll be amazed at what happens.
You cant really awaken if you only plug in three times per week since yoga creates a new wiring in you & its much harder to start and stop because you lose the momentum and the cumulative effects of practicing consistently. Yoga is all about moving energy, and when you donʼt do it the energy becomes stagnated. You then have to expand more energy to get it moving again.
The human body is like a car, you use less fuel if you keep it running, than if you turn the ignition on and off. The more you practice the easier the postures get, the more energy you have, the better your internal organs function, the more beautiful you feel and this radiates outwardly to the world – and LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE!
If you are not so convinced come and join me and my select beautiful teachers to kick start you and prove it.
Take care of yourselves as no one
else can do it for you!
