Sangha yoga means community and in this day and age of distraction and inertia we all require means to connect to ourselves and to one another and to stick to our intentions daily to achieve success in anything that we do.
Great effort is required to discipline the body, and even more effort is required to steady the mind and its emotions.
We practice a dynamic class based upon a sense of community to feel the heart opening elements of yoga posture practice with integrity and even more deeply through the Sangha yoga method.
The philosophy of subject is cleverly taught via the dynamic practice. So you physically charge, and mentally grow.
This workshop is inspired from ancient wisdom in our modern world and suitable for all to attend and is all new material for Jax's regular attendees.
This will be a nurturing and deeply cleansing asana practice for all levels.
Quite possibly a LIFE CHANGING introduction for those that have not already applied themselves.
A concentrated top up for those that have and want to go DEEPER.
