We can change the names of the student free of charge yet if you cannot come we will endeavour to find a replacement, yet it is not guaranteed.
Payment to your accommodation providers
The final payment is due to our service providers no later than 45 days before the start of the retreat.
In case that any prepayment wasn’t done at this point, the hotel management will release that room within 48 hours of the 45 day expiry period unless we hear from you.
Any booking cancelled up to 44 days prior to our scheduled arrival will involve a penalty of the 50% of the total amount of the stay.
Any booking cancelled up to 33 days prior to our scheduled arrival will involve a penalty of the 75% of the total amount of the stay.
Any booking cancelled up to 20 days prior to our scheduled arrival or any no-show, or unexpected departure will involve a penalty of the 100% of the total amount of the stay.

These penalties will apply to the participant and not Formentera Yoga.
