Jax has studied with some of the worlds best teachers (Anna Forest, Burgs, Pattabi Jois, Edward Clark, Godfrey Devereux, John Scott and Paul Grilley).

Her style follows no set of rules in isolation of the extensive 23 years training that she has undertaken and instead she prefers to help students listen to their own individual body requirements through you own intimacy of sensation.

Tracey-Anne Liles

We love Tracey's approach for each class with an openness to the room, the concept of presence; creating a space for each to breathe in to one,s own personal journey on the mat, honouring the uniqueness of each individual, balancing between the physical emotional and spiritual.

It is the concept of the spaces she likes the most – in between the breath, the transition and the yin and yang that fascinates her as a teacher and inspires her own personal journey on the mat.

Tracey has an eccentric background in acting and physical theatre for some twenty years, and she has worked constantly with the body.
She very much honours a yoga practice that can continue to flourish off the mat as well as with creating a moving meditation to find the essence of ‘just being’.

Tracey has trained Hatha Yoga as well as Yin Yoga both in London. Her teaching flows between the dynamic yang practices of Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga to the softness of Yin in Restorative and Yin Yoga. She teaches throughout London, pursuing her great interest in the restorative and healing aspects of yoga and the balance of these with the Yang aspects of practice.

Known to my yoga friends as Arunji. I have been teaching yoga since 2001, having first trained in the Sivananda style on Paradise Island in the Bahamas, and then completing Advanced Teacher Training in Dynamic Yoga on the Mediterranean island of Ibiza. I have also been fortunate enough to attend in-depth workshops with the late masters Sri K Pattabhi Jois and BKS Iyengar. I have since travelled to Bali, Sri Lanka and India to learn from the wisest teachers of the science-art of yoga.

My primary motivation as a teacher is to be open to the specific needs of each student, allowing each one to realise their potential through sensitive invitation, facilitating a mental, emotional and physical equanimity. I am passionate to impart an authentic yoga experience balanced between both the physical and the spiritual.

Dagmar Spremberg moved from Germany to Los Angeles in 1996 and began practicing and studying yoga. After moving to New York, she intensified her studies and trained with Elena Brower at Virayoga, NY. She moved to Montezuma, Costa Rica in 2001 and founded Montezuma Yoga, where she began teaching yoga and organizing yoga retreats with international renowned teachers of all styles.

Dagmar is a 500-hour certified E-RYT with the Yoga Alliance and trained in Vinyasa Flow & Anusara. She loves to emphasize her classes on synchronized movement & breath to deepen the experience of the practice. As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC she compliments yoga with her work as a certified Holistic Health Counselor and teaches lifestyle immersion programs.

Lucie Beyer (Germany)

Yoga(BYV) - and Acroyoga-teacher, trained in Hawaiian massage, Clown, acrobat and educator with enthusiasm. Her special subject is an experimental movement research where she connects elements from the yoga, acrobatics and dance. With a lot of joy she teaches child yoga and works in circus projects.

Lucie did a two years training in Sri Shivanandas tradition and studied Anusara Yoga with Bridget Woods Kramer. She collected her experience in Ashtanga, Jivamukti and classical Vinyasa. Even so she is dancing and flying in her acrobatics, Yoga will always be her foundation and her path of life.

She loves to sing mantras during her lessons and to add bodywork or massage technics. Her main focus is to combine the playfulness and the discipline within yoga practise.

So everybody is welcome in her classes to find his own special way to and with yoga!

Bryan Kest

Now 41, Bryan Kest has been practicing yoga for more than 26 years. He initially studied in Hawaii with David Williams, the first person to bring Ashtanga yoga to America. He then studied in India with K. Pattabhi Jois, the main proponent of Ashtanga yoga. Kest has been teaching yoga for 21 years. "My primary objective", says Kest, "besides turning more and more people on to a healthier, more peaceful lifestyle that continually challenges them to grow, is to teach a system of exercise that fully integrates the body, mind, and spirit.

The new trend towards yoga is not surprising, given that the body is limited and the mind is limitless. The combination of body and mind creates an incredibly broad range of fulfillment, including top physical condition and a calm, peaceful, clear mind."
