The holiday is located on our award winning beach location where you simply roll out of bed onto the yoga mat or the beach.
This course is designed to reveal the trauma and stress in your physical and emotional body so you can release it and invite your body to soften and relax along with your mind. How can you feel the trauma in your lower back doing up facing dogs if you cannot feel your lower back anymore?

Settle in to your seaview room, swim in our sunset pool or the crystal clear sea & enjoy an evening welcome grounding yoga practice followed by tea, and a delicious 3 course healthy dinner and early to bed.

Wake up and roll out of bed. Enjoy a Sunrise beach walk meditation, morning tea and fruit & feel refreshed and ready for your energising yoga practice followed by a large delicious brunch by the beach. Relax for the afternoon with a massage, read your book in our hammocks or walk the beach and top up your tan. Enjoy another yoga hip opening and lower back softening practice in the evening, followed by tea and nutritious dinner and early to bed.

Wake up to blue skies and enjoy your Sunrise beach walk Meditation, morning tea & fruit, energising yoga practice & delicious brunch by the beach. Enjoy a SUP activity with us or enjoy your lazy self on the beach and watch the others. Come back to relax & our house & and prepare for your Sunset gentle hip opening practice and back sensitisation class with deepening your ability to concentrate with our meditation practice.

Wake up gently with our sunrise meditation silent walk along the beach. Enjoy 2 hours of sensitisation yoga practice and a delicious brunch by the sea. Relax, rest and enjoy the simplicity of your absorbtion time by the pool, or on the beach. Sunset class covers spiralling, bandha and breathing deepening instruction not taught previously here before followed by a relaxing dinner and early to bed.

This is your arrivals day to the rest of your life. We still have sunrise meditation walk and a shorter practice and seminar on how to practice at home and goodbyes.
We invite you to learn the intimacy of sensation & meditation via dynamic yoga so that you become more alert, open and lighter with a series of deep morning meditations to develop clear concentration & awareness.
We have 18 luxury rooms with en suite bathrooms, unless you choose the guest option where you stay off site and attend our yoga only.
