Its all started, not with a business plan, but with a desire to share these great experiences with others.

Each year we write to you & we continue to feel more grateful and more privileged to be part of something very special indeed and we keep on getting better and better because we love what we do.

We feel if we do a good job when you are here you will tell your friends, simples.

So with GRATITUDE we salute you all and here's what we have been working on all winter to offer new edges to our retreats in 2016 so each time you come back you will experience something different:

	We announce the building of our new yoga shala 30metres from the beach in Formentera away from our restaurant meaning much deeper practices and lighter floating to brunch before a dip in the sea. This is RARE in Europe to practice so close to the sea with silence and our morning fires. See our availability here.
	We have a new super chef on board in the Baleares and our kitchen is much more conscious this year. All Nutrition Conscious courses include 2 cooking shows and teach you to recognise the medicinal qualities of the food in your bowl to the yoga on your mat with fresh and honest ingredients. We also have included an ayurvedic massage or bio magnets session, plus one hike or kayak sunset dinner depending upon time of year to our package. Our value in just gets better for those on a budget. Students for these nutrition Conscious course will recieve all cooking shows & recipes online.
	If you are short on time but big on results see our new women only and mixed ' Express Cleanse Weekend for Busy people'. Arrive on a thursday and leave on a Sunday and enjoy an express transformation. These are liquid only retreats with gentle yoga and meditation guaranteed to clean your colon and lighten up to shift stuck energy, bloating or heaviness without taking up too much time. We have a mixed one to include the men also later in the schedule. Includes the bio magnets which is 10,000 years ahead of conventional medicine.
	We are adding two new super venues in Mexico, Costa Rica and Italy these are super private retreats and bespoke booking only.
	We are including the new and innovative snorkelling meditations & Aqua pranayama in Formentera to enjoy our easy access to the sea and you will be surprised how easy it is to feel your breath in the water to help you connect your meditations to the breathing much more so in the water than on land. Great for beginners and it is optional.
	Non yoga partners and families can attend also and we simply knock the yoga fee off, so there is no reason to have separate holidays anymore, unless you want too, in which case come alone and enjoy your SELF.
