Start and finish each day with a 2 hour yoga workshop led by one of the worlds best teachers.
You can do as much or as little of everything as you wish and you can even come along with a non yoga.
Feel amazing when you leave and uplifted for the Springtime.

Arrive and settle into your new home for the week at LE GRAND BELLEVUE and learn how to settle your energy. We enjoy a simple yet highly effective Yoga and meditation Quantum grounding practice to welcome you to our beautiful location. Enjoy a hip and heart opening practice followed by a high quality biological vegetarian dinner and early to bed

Wake up to bright blue skies and white landscapes and enjoy light fruit and tea before a morning meditation practice part one to focus the brain to be still and to gain the most out of your yoga practice. You will be ready for the Dynamic Yoga and recalibration of the spine practice and you will be feeling refreshed from your fist night here and you will want to fuel up with a big extensive brunch available until midday most days. You can enjoy personal reflection time ski-ing or in the spa before preparing for the afternoon 5pm film and your class where you will learn the Science of the Breath and toxin removal via yoga posture practice. Settle down for a delicious biological dinner and early to bed.

Early to rise for light fruit and tea before the meditation practice part two, and then to enjoy a stimulating Dynamic yoga and the healing and activating power of the spiralic dynamic in yoga posture practice to strengthen your joints and muscles in the absence of tension. Snow hiking in the afternoon subject to the weather conditions or Relax in the afternoon, go ski-ing, enjoy the local shops or enjoy the free use you have of the spa.
In the afternoon is another Yin yoga for releasing tension in the hips and lower back to release blockages and regain full movement and space in the joints.
Enjoy and settle for a healthy biological dinner. Early to bed to refresh.

Wake up gently to light tea and fruit and meditation part three for concentration and stilness. Then to enjoy learning about the implications of your verticality of the spine in yoga and how it affects every part of your very existence here on earth. Enjoy the afternoon at the spa or on the slopes then another 5pm film, followed by a stimulating Tibetan breathing class designed to release any energy blockages from your system & then settle to a healthy dinner. Early to bed.

Awake and feel amazing after the disciplined schedule you have been following, morning light tea and fruit then meditation practice part four to develop concentration to get what you really want in the life and focus your energies. Enjoy your finale early morning meditation and intention practice and a closing ceremony on how to self practice at home, before departing after brunch.
