What's it all about
This course is designed to re-calibrate your skeletal and muscular system to reveal the trauma and stress in your physical and emotional body.
How can you FEEL the trauma in your lower back doing up facing dogs if you cannot feel your lower back anymore?
We teach you the intimacy of sensation that translates as learning to FEEL your body and the sensations it’s giving you directly, versus THINKING how your body feels.
We do this by teaching you the importance of frequency, fields, waves and particles which govern how you feel daily through the physical dynamic of the practice.
