| Day 1 |
Arrival
Check into room 13.00pm
Relax, unpack & take a power walk along our 7kms of powdery white sand enjoying your first dip/snorkel into the crystal clear sea and wash away the city toxins feeling brighter within hours of touch down.
Meet your teacher and new friends for the first class at 5pm finishing with a sunset meditation to feel amazing.

| Day 2 |
Enjoy a Sunrise silent beach walk to focus your mind and absorb all the beauty of these special intimate early morning moments followed by tea and light fruit.
Dynamic EnergisingYoga 8.15am
Brunch 10.30am
Relax & read your favourite book in one of our beach side hammocks under the palm trees or rent a bike/ book a surf lesson and catch those waves followed by a siesta.
Opening Yin Yoga & Satsang 5pm

Dynamic Yoga 8.15am
Brunch 10.30am
Treat yourself to a massage or facial or a steamy scrub in our 5 star hammam followed by a juice under the palm trees with a film.

Dynamic Yoga 8.15am
Brunch 10.30am
Explore the Island on bicycle or go shopping to the souk markets and indulge in the famous Argan oil which is great for your skin.
Final group Meditation & Satsang 5pm
Group Evening Dinner out at a local restaurant 8pm |
| Day 5 |
Enjoy a nutritious breakfast/brunch to set you up for your journey back to home.
Self practice is available for those wishing to stay on with us.
All classes suitable for complete beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. |
The surf and Spa activities relate to Morocco venues and swimming & cycling activities are for stunning Formentera.
